FEATURE [9]

Designates a range of feature dial numbers beginning at a Feature software ID

number (Enter index number). These numbers may in some cases be dialed to

access or activate the specific feature, and in other cases serve merely to identify the

feature for Keyset button programming purposes. Changing the dial number of a

feature that can only be accessed or activated by a Keyset button serves no useful

purpose.

The following table presents the PI features currently available. Although the

default dial number can be changed, the index number remains as the feature

identification (this index number cannot be changed).

*Notes on Station type:

1) When the station type is defined as SLT then the feature is available for

SLT/EKT/VDK/DKT/DST and Attendant Stations.

2) When the station type is defined as a Keyset then the feature is available for

EKT/VDK/DKT/DST and Attendant Stations.

3) When the station type is defined as the attendant (ATT) then the feature is

available through Attendant Consoles only.

4) When the station type is defined as DST, then the feature is available for

DST/DKT stations.

5) When the station type is defined as DKT, then the feature is available for

DKT stations only.

6) When the station type is defined as DSP, then the feature is available for

Keysets with display units only.

In

1)thatthe following table, bold type, such as Loop, indicates a feature

can be operated only through a programmed key.

2) In Eu2 systems (Germany), all feature default dial numbers that

normally begin with the digit “1” are replaced with the “∗” symbol as the

first digit.

3) N/A (Not Applicable) means that the Default Dial Number is currently

not defined and therefore not in use.
